Help Desk Services



The Help Desk office receives, resolves, and/or escalates all computer related requests from faculty, staff, or students by phone, or web ticket. Our goal is to resolve all supported issues in a timely manner. Service is our central focus.

The Help Desk provides the following services:
  • Maintenance for computers and Peripherals.
  • Support for user account maintenance.
  • Support on a wide range of applications including MS Windows (8, 7, XP), Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Antivirus .
